Upon arrival, the guests must present their ID/Passport at the Hotel Reception and specify the duration of their stay.

Payment for the entire duration of the stay must be completed at the Reception, upon arrival;

Payment Options include Cash and Credit Cards.

When registered as a guest, you will be supplied at the Reception with the room card/s;

Card/s will be returned to the Receptionist upon departure from the Hotel;

If you would like to extend your stay, please inform the Reception at least one (1) day prior in order to make proper arrangements, always based on Room Availability;

Check-In period starts from 14:00.

Check-Out period is until 11:00.

Late Check Out may result in additional costs.

A Continental Breakfast is served from 08:00-10:30 for all Hotel guests, free of charge.

Hotel 12 guests may request Room Service until 23:00.

A charge of 10€ will be allocated for an additional portable bed per room; the number of additional beds will be subject to availability.

A portable crib for children 0-3 years of age will be supplied free of charge, and is subject to availability.

All rooms have a Minibar and a Menu specifying the product costs.

Each room has free WIFI, Cable TV, and Parking.

All female guests will have free access to the Fitness Center;

All female guests staying in the Suites will have free access to the Sauna;

All guests staying in the Suite will be gifted free tickets to watch a film of their choice at the “Hyrije Hana” movie theater.

Pets are not allowed within the Hotel premises.

Smoking is prohibited within the Hotel premises;

Any belongings left behind by the guests, the Hotel will hold for 3 months before taking them to donation.

Hotel 12 provides a safe environment for all its guests, offering 24/7 surveillance in all hallways, the elevator and parking.

Any Hotel property damage or theft will be compensated by the client.
